Obsessed Living was founded by Aaron Michael — a U.S. Army veteran, cancer survivor, bodybuilder, and country music artist based in Dallas, Texas.

Coming back from the edge.

Aaron nearly died from cancer during his service in the Army. He didn't. He fought his way back through treatment, through training, and through the long slow work of becoming a person again on the other side of an illness most people don't come back from.

When the dust settled, a single truth was hard to ignore: the simple act of living — all the way — is not a passive thing. It is a deliberate, scientific, day-in-day-out practice. An obsession.

The name wrote itself. Obsessed Living. Because that's what he was. With living.

What he does now.

Today Aaron competes on the bodybuilding stage and performs as a country music artist on stages across Dallas. He built Obsessed Living for the people who share that same posture toward life: not passive, not casual, not someday — obsessed with doing the work now.
