By purchasing or using the services of this site, you automatically agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into by and between Obsessed Living LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company"), and you, the purchaser ("Purchaser" or "You").

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Obsessed Living are intended solely for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any application outside of approved scientific research protocols. These products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.

2. No Medical Or Therapeutic Claims

Obsessed Living makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding any of its products. None of the products sold have been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

3. Purchaser Qualifications

By purchasing from Obsessed Living, you confirm that

You are at least 21 years of age.

You are legally authorized to purchase and possess research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

You understand and accept the risks involved in handling research chemicals.

You are a qualified researcher or are acting on behalf of a research organization, institution, or laboratory.

4. Proper Handling And Compliance

You agree to use all products in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. You will take all necessary precautions in the storage, use, and disposal of the products, and you accept full responsibility for the safe handling and use of any products obtained from Obsessed Living.

5. Release Of Liability

By proceeding with your purchase, you waive, release, and discharge Obsessed Living LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased. Obsessed Living shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper or unauthorized use.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Obsessed Living LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use, possession, or distribution of any product purchased from the Company.

7. No Returns Or Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms stated in this Release of Liability and Disclosure Agreement. You further acknowledge that you are using these products for lawful scientific research purposes only.
