ordering
How do I place an order?
Add compounds to your cart, fill out the shipping form, accept the research-only terms, and select Venmo or Zelle as your payment method. After placing the order you'll see a confirmation page with your order number (e.g. OL-XB0XFR) and the exact payment handle / amount.
You then send the payment from your own Venmo or Zelle app. Include your order number in the payment note so we can match it. Once payment lands we mark your order Payment Confirmed and pack it for shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently Venmo and Zelle only. Both are external payment apps you control directly — no card details are stored on this site. Credit cards and crypto are not accepted at this time.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. A single-vial order is fine. Bulk discount tiers are not currently offered at v1.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as you haven't sent payment yet. Once the order is in Awaiting Payment status, simply don't send the payment and the order will time out on our end.
If you've already sent payment, contact contact@obsessedliving.com immediately with your order number. Changes after the order is marked Packed are not possible.
Why must I include my order number in the payment note?
Payment automation isn't in place at v1, so we match incoming Venmo / Zelle transfers to orders manually using the order number in the payment note. If the note is missing or wrong, your payment may not be matched and your order will sit in Awaiting Payment until we sort it out.
shipping
Where do you ship?
Contiguous United States only — the lower 48. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of Payment Confirmed status via USPS Priority Mail. Typical end-to-end transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your distance from Dallas, Texas. You'll receive a Shipped email with tracking once the package leaves our facility.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Plain padded mailers, no branding or product names visible on the outside of the package. The return address shows the warehouse, not the brand name.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you'll receive an automated email with a tracking link. The link points to the carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx) where you can check status in real time. The same tracking number is also stored on your order in our system.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact contact@obsessedliving.com with your order number within 14 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation. We'll work with the carrier on a claim and arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
research
What does "research-use only" mean?
It means every compound on this site is supplied as a research-grade chemical intended solely for in-vitro laboratory investigation. The compounds are not approved or evaluated for human use by the FDA, and we do not market them for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of these materials complies with applicable law and the terms of our Acceptable Use policy.
Are these FDA approved?
No. The compounds on this site are research chemicals, not FDA-approved pharmaceuticals. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans. We do not represent them as drugs or supplements.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a third-party laboratory report that confirms the identity, purity, and concentration of a research compound — typically using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) or mass spectrometry. Every batch sold on Obsessed Living ships with a COA.
If your order didn't come with the COA you can request it by emailing contact@obsessedliving.com with your order number.
Where can I learn more about a specific compound's research history?
Published clinical and pre-clinical research on any of the compounds listed is indexed on PubMed (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) and Google Scholar. Search by the compound's full chemical name (e.g. "Epithalon" rather than the brand short-name "Epi") for the most complete literature view.
We do not provide medical guidance or interpretation of that research.
Do you provide protocols or dosing information?
No. We supply research-grade compounds and the supporting Certificate of Analysis. We do not provide protocols, dosing schedules, or any guidance on use. Any protocol decisions are the responsibility of the qualified researcher operating under appropriate laboratory and regulatory oversight.
compounds
What is a peptide?
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids linked by peptide bonds — typically anywhere from 2 to about 50 amino acids in length. Longer chains are generally classified as proteins. Peptides occur naturally throughout biology (hormones, neurotransmitters, signaling molecules) and many are studied in published research for their roles in specific cellular pathways.
How are Obsessed Living compounds sourced?
Compounds are sourced and packaged within the United States. Each batch is sterile-filled into amber borosilicate glass vials, lyophilized (freeze-dried) when applicable for shelf stability, sealed with a butyl-rubber stopper, and capped with an aluminum crimp ring and tamper-evident flip-top cap. Every batch is third-party tested for purity (HPLC) before shipping.
How should I store the compounds?
Lyophilized (powder) vials are typically stable for 24+ months when stored sealed at -20°C (freezer) or 2-8°C (refrigerator). Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, most peptides are good refrigerated for 28-30 days. Always reference the specific COA shipped with your batch for the most accurate stability data.
What's the difference between lyophilized and reconstituted?
Lyophilized means freeze-dried — the compound is supplied as a dry, fluffy powder cake inside the vial. This is the shipping form because dry compounds are far more stable in transit and storage.
Reconstituted means the powder has been dissolved into a liquid carrier (typically bacteriostatic water or sterile saline) for laboratory work. Reconstitution shortens the shelf life compared to the dry form.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water for reconstitution?
Yes. Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% benzyl alcohol, sterile-filtered, 30 mL vial) is listed on the shop under Accessories. It's the diluent used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides for laboratory investigation.
accounts
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Obsessed Living uses guest checkout — there are no accounts at v1. Your order is identified by your order number (e.g. OL-XB0XFR) and the email address you provided at checkout, both of which appear in your order confirmation email.
How do I look up the status of a past order?
For now, status updates come via the email address you provided at checkout — Order Received, Payment Confirmed, and Shipped emails are all automated. If you need an out-of-band status check, email contact@obsessedliving.com with your order number and we'll confirm where it stands.
A self-service order-lookup page is planned for a future release.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been packed yet. Email contact@obsessedliving.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is marked Packed or Shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Do you save my payment info?
No. Payments are handled entirely through your own Venmo or Zelle account — we don't see, store, or charge any payment instrument. The only information we hold is your shipping address, email, phone, and order history (for fulfillment and customer support).
Who do I contact for support?
Email contact@obsessedliving.com. Reply times are typically within one business day. Please include your order number (OL-XXXXXX) in the subject line if your question is order-specific.
